Once their system is commissioned and their final invoice is settled, we pay you £250 by bank transfer and take £250 off their bill.

The small print
Worth knowing
- The person you refer needs to be new to us — not someone we've quoted in the last six months.
- Both payments are made once their system is commissioned and their final invoice is settled.
- Yours goes out by bank transfer within 14 days. We'll ask for your details when the job completes.
- There's no cap. Refer five people, get £1,250.
- It can't be combined with another discount offer on the same job.
Questions
Before you send it
What if they only want an EV charger or a heat pump?
Then it won’t qualify — the £250 reward is for solar installations. We’d still be glad to quote them, so pass our number on, but there’s no referral payment on its own.
What if they want solar and an EV charger?
That qualifies. As long as solar is part of what we install, the extras on top make no difference to the reward. Battery storage fitted alongside solar counts the same way.
Can I refer a business?
Yes. Commercial solar installations qualify on the same terms, and the £250 goes to you personally rather than the business unless you tell us otherwise.
What if they've already had a quote from you?
If we quoted them in the last six months the referral won’t qualify — but send it anyway. If it’s borderline we’d rather look at it than turn you down by default.
How will I know what's happening?
We’ll text you when they’ve been quoted and again when the job is booked in. We won’t share anything they’d rather keep private, like the price they paid.
How long does the whole thing take?
From first call to a signed-off installation is usually four to eight weeks, so that’s roughly when to expect your £250.
